Yoga Offerings

I am a Melbourne-based yoga teacher with a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and the connection between body and emotion. My teaching is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where students can explore their practice with curiosity and self-compassion.

I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Byron Yoga Centre in 2017, followed by a 50-hour Yin Yoga training with Jennifer Crescenzo in 2018. In 2023, I deepened my understanding of trauma-sensitive practices through a 30-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Foundations training with Yoga for Humankind.

With experience teaching both group classes and private sessions, I guide students through practices that encourage presence, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness. My approach is intuitive and adaptable, drawing on elements of Hatha, Yin, and trauma-informed movement to support each individual’s unique journey.

Holistic Nutrition

My approach to nutrition is personalised, holistic, and deeply rooted in whole-body wellbeing. I believe that food is more than just fuel - it’s intricately connected to our gut health, energy levels, emotional state, and overall vitality. Just as important as what we eat is how we relate to food and our bodies, and I help clients cultivate a more balanced, intuitive, and embodied approach to nourishment. Therefore, I encourage a non-prescriptive way of eating, recognising that past experiences, stress, and emotional well-being deeply influence our relationship with food. Rather than enforcing rigid rules, I support individuals in reconnecting with their body's cues, fostering trust, nourishment, and a sense of safety around food.

With a lived experience of mental illness coupled with qualifications in nutritional medicine (BHSc) and yoga, I integrate elements of mindful eating, movement, and nervous system regulation to support a deeper connection between body, mind, and nourishment. Whether you’re looking to improve digestion, restore energy, balance hormones, or heal your relationship with food, I tailor each session to your individual needs, creating a compassionate, sustainable path to wellness.
