Hello,

I’m Sarah, a passionate artist, qualified yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist, and public health professional. My journey began with my own lived experience of health challenges, which led me to discover the transformative power of creative expression, movement, and nourishment.

As a trained yoga teacher, I understand how movement can ground, heal, and empower the body and mind. Alongside this, my background in nutrition allows me to support clients through food and lifestyle practices that nurture both physical and emotional well-being. I advanced my studies in public health to explore the broader intersections between human and planetary health, alongside gaining a deeper understanding of mental health, women’s health and human rights.

As an artist, I use my work as a medium for emotional processing, mental health support, and nervous system regulation. My abstract pieces aim to express the complexity of the human experience and offer a space for others to reflect, heal, and connect with themselves on a deeper level.

Having navigated my own healing journey, I am deeply passionate about helping others find their path to health. Through the combination of yoga, nutrition, art, and mindfulness, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in their healing journey and empowering them to live in alignment with their true selves.
