Artist Bio and CV

My work is an exploration of emotion, identity, and the ever-shifting layers of self. Rooted in personal lived experience of mental illness, my paintings are textured landscapes of feeling - bold, tactile, and unafraid of imperfection.

Creating art is both a release and a reckoning, a process that helps me navigate the depth and intensity of lived experience. I am particularly interested in how engaging with texture can support nervous system regulation, offering a sensory connection between the body and emotions. I am excited to explore this theme further and weave it into other healing modalities that I am qualified in, including yoga and nutrition.
