Art as a language of healing

I am a Melbourne-based artist whose work explores the interplay between emotion, identity, and texture. As a self-taught painter, I create layered abstract compositions that invite both visual and tactile engagement. My artistic practice began as a means of personal healing, using art to navigate mental health challenges, and has since evolved into a deeply expressive exploration of selfhood and resilience.

Alongside my art practice, I am also passionate about the connection between the body, mind, and healing. Through yoga and nutrition, I explore how movement, nourishment, and creative expression can support emotional and physical well-being
